• Account activity: Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to the hi89 support team.
• KYC required: hi89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when certain transaction thresholds are reached. Commonly required documents include a copy of your MyKad and a recent bank statement.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method and your membership tier.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Hi89 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply separate charges.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 3 and 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Hi89 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity or a suspected breach of terms is detected.
• Any applicable taxes or levies on winnings are the sole responsibility of the member in accordance with prevailing laws.

Hi89 offers a wide range of attractive promotions and bonuses for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Rollover requirements: Every bonus received must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover multiplier before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must place RM2,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus offer is permitted at a time. You may not combine two or more promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus non-transferable: Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or given to another account under any circumstances.

• Voluntary termination: You may close your account at any time by contacting the hi89 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and no withdrawals may be pending.
• Self-exclusion: hi89 supports a self-exclusion programme for players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming. Self-exclusion requests will be enforced within 24 hours.
• Balance upon termination: Should an account be terminated due to a terms violation, hi89 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance. Real money balances will be returned at hi89's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

• Hi89 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

Hi89 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on hi89.bz.

• Hi89 will endeavour to provide registered members with advance notice via email or in-app notification when any amendments made are significant and material.
• Your continued use of the hi89 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where hi89 is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
